  • Graduate of DuPont High School.
  • Best of Show, University of Charleston Juried Art Exhibit, (senior year).
  • B.S. in Education from Marshall University, concentrations in Art K-12.
  • Hosted Morning Jazz show on WMUL radio.
  • Nominated for Student Teacher of the Year, 1999.
  • Taught at Riverside High School and Stonewall Jackson Middle School.
  • Nominated for Teacher of the Year, 2001.
  • Assistant Drama coach.
  • Freelance writer for The Gazz.
  • Member of West Virginia Art Education Association.
