This summer, Pope Francis offered his ten tips for happiness. One suggestion is to give young people meaningful work. Through work, people achieve, and their sense of self-worth grows. Encountering a challenge and having to exert effort is good for students; it sparks their determination. By meeting the goals that have been established and by overcoming adversity, students are able to discover their personal strengths.
