Admissions Process
STEP 1: Please consider making an appointment with Andrea Herrick, Director of Admissions, for a Zoom meeting. We would very much like to meet with parents, students, and provide you with an overview of our program.

STEP 2: Complete the application online by clicking on this link.

STEP 3: Submit supplemental application documents. Applications are not considered complete and will not be reviewed by the Admissions Committee until the following forms are submitted via mail, email, or fax to the Admissions Office:

-Copies of 2020-2021, 2019-2020, and 2018-2019 report cards
-Copies of 2019-2020 and 2018-2019 standardized test scores
-Copies of most recent health/immunization records
-For 7th-10th grade applicants, Math Teacher Recommendation and English Teacher Recommendation.
-For 6th grade applicants, 5th grade teacher recommendation.
-For students with learning difficulties, any current IEP, 504, etc.

Please note: Students currently attending Sacred Heart Grade School or St. Francis of Assissi School do not need to submit report cards, test scores, or recommendation letters.

STEP 6: All applicants must take the Admissions Assessment. Once a completed application is received, Mrs. Herrick will share the Admissions Assessment for prospective students to complete.
