Admissions Process
STEP 1: Please consider making an appointment to visit OR attend our Prospective Parent Open House on Wednesday, January 31st, from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. We would very much like to meet with parents and provide you with an opportunity to tour our school. Contact the Admissions Office at or (304)342-8415.

The visit is not required before submitting your application, but it is required prior to admission. In addition to our Prospective Parent Open House, we will offer our 5th Grade Visit Day for rising 6th graders on Thursday, February 8th, from 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon. Rising 7th-10th graders should make an appointment for an after school tour with the Admissions Office.

STEP 2: Submit the online application by clicking on this link. Applying is easy using our online application and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.

To begin the Online Application process, create an account using the online application link above. Then log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Be sure to hit submit!

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There, you will be able to monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the family to submit academic records, test scores, recommendations, and health and immunization records to Charleston Catholic High School. Applications will not be evaluated by the Admissions Committee until all of these items are submitted.
