Dear parents and students:
Earlier this week, as I stood at the front door to greet the students, I realized I had a gigantic grin on my face. It came as I watched our students enter the building with their wrapped gifts of all shapes and sizes for this weekend's Clay County Christmas Party. I was especially tickled as I heard the students' conversations as they walked past me, about wrapping paper choices and about the challenges of wrapping some of the uniquely shaped gifts. I even heard a few of them comparing their boxes and sharing details of what they bought. My joy sprung from their enthusiasm for giving to others. Read more...
